Design Brief: Accessible IT Support Spaces for Older Adults

Project Aim:
To design a quiet, accessible environment paired with simplified IT processes to help older people seek advice and support more easily during the daytime.

Background & Opportunity:
Older adults often face challenges with IT systems when accessing services or information. These issues are amplified when environments are overwhelming or noisy. There is a growing need for quiet, user-friendly spaces that offer simplified digital support tailored to older users.

Target Audience:
Older people seeking IT-related advice or assistance, especially during daytime hours.

Design Focus:
Development of quiet spaces that integrate simpler IT processes to provide improved accessibility for older adults.
