Transporte de Bicicletas Elétricas

No Reino Unido há muitas ciclovias nas áreas rurais, como em torno de reservatórios, ferrovias fora de uso que fazem uma boa mudança do ciclismo em áreas urbanas. Para fazer uso dessas facilidades de lazer, muitas vezes pode ser necessário transportar suas bicicletas, ususalmente de carro, usando um rack de teto ou similar. Já vi muitas vezes pessoas a usar bicicletas electrónicas nestes trilhos e gostaria de discutir o transporte de bicicletas electrónicas especialmente para pessoas mais velhas que podem ter mobilidade limitada, particularmente bicicletas de elevação dentro e fora dos racks de tejadilho. As e-bikes podem ser muito pesadas! Existe alguma solução de design que possa ser desenvolvida para isso?

good idea -- perhaps electric bikes can even be used by commuters -- within 10- 15 km.. this is the case in DK now .. and also puts pressure on the general infrastructure..
I remember a time in the UK - where trains.. e.g. the boat train from harwich to London -- carried a whole waggon for luggage... I think that trains should offer much more substantial space for bikes and luggage than is the case p.t. also i in Britain... but most trains needs a ramp or so in order to make accessiblity easier.. also for cycklist who are not able to carry their own bikes.. it will also require elevators etc. .and accessibility at statitions... there is a lot to do in order to update public transit/trains and perhaps even busses for the use of mixed modality people..
