E-scooters in the family?

Micro-mobility is now widely spread in European cities with shared or private services.

Among all types of vehicles, the most used are electric scooters (e-scooters).

If you wanted to use these vehicles with children, are there any existing solutions that would allow safe transport? Are there any design ideas?

Would it be feasible, for example, to have a wider base to accommodate the driver and a child? Would a small seat on the handlebars be compatible with the structure of the vehicle and its manoeuvrability? Or a device on the front?

Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes, we have a project that was developed by a group of Engineering students and should shortly have this ready to share via the platform.

The TInnGO project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement no 824349.
