Developing the Assistance Drone
JELENA LABUDOVIC
Page 6 features different colour schemes that may be used on the drones, making the drones seem ‘friendlier’, humanizing them, so that they are disassociated from the military.
Page 7 onwards develops how the drone could carry the shopping, ending with a design (Pages 8/9) where the shopping is carried within the drone, rather than hanging beneath it, thereby increasing the maneuverability and stability of the drone as it flies. It would also have landing capabilities meaning that the customer can safely remove the shopping without being in danger from the propellers.
But what would the drone actually be used to carry? Could the drone be designed in a more specialised way so that it is intended to carry specific goods? What would you, as a customer, want to have the drone carry after your shopping trips?
