In future designs, how can we make public facilities for breastfeeding (in private) more comfortable?

Following research, there appears to be a notable difference in the levels of comfort that a breastfeeding mother can experience at home verses when in public breastfeeding facilities (in private) - please see Image 1. The existing breastfeeding options for public facilities (if choosing to breastfeed in privacy) appear to have a clinical appearance, and/or are purely utilitarian. This contrasts greatly to breastfeeding and baby care products sold for the home market, where both comfort and aesthetics are also incorporated into the designs. This notable difference between the two (home verses in public facilities) could lead to mothers feeling uncomfortable breastfeeding in public facilities, experiencing unfamiliar surroundings in a clinical, utilitarian atmosphere, as opposed to a welcoming, familiar, safe space in which to breastfeed their baby. In future designs, how can we make public facilities for breastfeeding (in private) more comfortable? What are your experiences of public breastfeeding facilities? Is there anything that you would like to change about them in future?

The main issue is to find these facilities...I think they do not exist (for example here in Turin)...
